About Rob Stein

Overview

I’m Rob Stein—a follower of Jesus and the founder of Fathers In Christ. My mission is to call and equip men to live on mission, lead on purpose, and forge a legacy. I help men align their lives to Christ, lead with conviction at home and at work, and build families that serve the Lord for generations.

My Story

My journey began with a fractured childhood. My parents divorced before I turned one, and my biological father was rarely present. I wrestled with feelings of rejection, anger, and self-doubt for years. Thankfully, my stepdad Tony stepped in and showed me what real fatherhood looked like—love, discipline, and presence. Yet, even with his influence, I spent much of my life chasing success and approval, building my identity on career achievements and the roles I played for others.

Despite outward success, I felt empty and unsettled. The more I achieved, the more I realized I was missing what mattered most: being truly present for my family and living from a place of purpose. A business mentoring trip to the Holy Land planted the seed for Fathers In Christ, but it wasn’t until I reached a breaking point in 2025 that I finally surrendered my career and comfort to pursue God’s calling.

Today, I am passionate about guiding men through the FORGED framework—a process born from my own struggles and breakthroughs. I believe every man can experience freedom, hope, and lasting change by building his life on the right foundation. Through my story, my book, and the Fathers In Christ community, I invite you to join me on this journey of faith, brotherhood, and legacy.
